This compares to the Engineer's Opinion of Probable Costs of $202,000.00. These Bids have been reviewed and found to be in order. The City Council has the option to consider awarding any combination of Alternates with the Base Bid. As the Base Bid and Alternate Amounts of the two lowest bidders were very close, different combinations of award would result in either Allied Blacktop Company or Asphalt Surface Technologies Corp. being the low bidder.
