DOW= <br />THIS INSTRUMENT is made by Steven C. Ramlow and Susan Kay, husband and wife, <br />Grantors, in favor of the city of Lauderdale, a Minnesota municipal corporation, Grantee. <br />A. Grantors are the fee owners of the following described property (the "Property"): <br />Lot 5. except the North 40 feet thereof, Block 2, Manuel's Re -arrangement, <br />ftamsey County, Minnesota. <br />B. Grantors desire to grant to the Grantee easements according to the terms and conditions <br />contained herein. <br />Terms of Easements <br />I . Grant of Easement., For and in consideration of the sum of $5,180.00, receipt of which is <br />acknowledged by Grantors, Grantors grant and convey to the Grantee the following easements: <br />A permanent easement for sidewalk purposes over, under, and across the South 8.60 feet <br />of the Property, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Said sidewalk easement contains ±516 square feet; and <br />A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under, and across the Property, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northwest comer of the South 8.60 feet of said Lot 5; thence northerly <br />along the west line of said Lot 5, to the north line of the South 13.50 feet of said Lot 5; <br />thence easterly along said north line of the South 13.50 feet, a distance of 24.00 feet; <br />thence northerly parallel with said west line of Lot 5, a distance of 6. 10 feet; thence <br />easterly parallel with the south line of said Lot 5, a distance of 9.59 feet; thence <br />southeasterly 27.21 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 5, said point distant 13.24 <br />feet northerly of the sou *theast comer of said Lot 5; thence southerly along said east line <br />to the north line of said South 8.60 feet; thence westerly along said north line of the South <br />8.60 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
