RESOLUTION NO. 02-EDA-168 MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR GARY DANIELSON, DEBBIE DANIELSON, DAVID SCOTT AND PEGGY SCOTT, COLLECTIVELY THE PURCHASER AND REDEVELOPER OF THE FORMERLY EDA-OWNED FOUR-PLEX AT 2091 HILLVIEW DRIVE. It is hereby resolved by the Board of Commissioners (the "Board") of the Mounds View Economic Development Authority (the "Authority") as follows: WHEREAS, On February 14, 2002, the EDA entered into a Purchase and Redevelopment Agreement (the "Agreement") with Gary Danielson, Debbie Danielson, David Scott and Peggy Scott (the "Developer") for the renovation of the four-unit dwelling located at 2091 Hillview Drive (the "Property"); and, WHEREAS, The Property and Improvements have been recently inspected by the Director of Community Development, the Housing Inspector and the Building Official; and WHEREAS, It is the collective determination of the Director of Community Development, the Housing Inspector and the Building Official that the Developer has satisfactorily completed their responsibilities and obligations as defined and articulated in the Agreement; and, WHEREAS, The Developer has requested a Certificate of Completion from the Authority in accordance with the Agreement. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority does hereby authorize the execution of the attached Certificate of Completion as requested by the Developer to formally recognize its completion of the improvements and satisfaction of its obligations as articulated in the Agreement. Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Mounds View Economic Development Authority this 14th day of October, 2002.
