<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CERTIFICA TE OF COMPLETION <br />AND RELEASE OF FORFEITURE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority (the "Grantor"), by a deed <br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder in Ramsey County, Minnesota, as Document No. 3468926, <br />has conveyed to Gary R. Danielson, Deborah A Danielson, David 1. Scott and Peggy S. Scott, the land in the <br />County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The West 103 feet of the East 723 feet of the North 160 feet of the South 193 feet <br />of the Northeast ~ of the Southeast ~ of Section 5, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said deed was executed pursuant to that certain Purchase and Redevelopment <br />Agreement by and between the Mounds View Economic Development Authority and Gary R. Danielson, <br />Deborah A Danielson, David 1. Scott and Peggy S. Scott, dated the 141h day of February, 2002 and recorded <br />in the office of the eounty Recorder in Ramsey County, Minnesota, as Document No. 3468925, which <br />Purchase and Redevelopment Agreement contained certain covenants and restrictions regarding completion <br />of the Redevelopment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Grantee has performed said covenants and conditions in a manner deemed <br />sufficient by the Grantor to permit the execution and recording of this certification. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, this is to certify that all Redevelopment specified to be done and made by <br />the Grantee has been completed and the covenants and conditions in the Purchase and Redevelopment <br />Agreement have been performed by the Grantee therein and that the provisions for forfeiture of title and <br />right to re-entry for breach of condition subsequent by Grantor is hereby released absolutely and forever, <br />and the County Recorder in Ramsey County, Minnesota, is hereby authorized to accept for recording and <br />to record the filing of this instrument, to be a conclusive determination of the satisfactory termination of <br />the covenants and conditions relating to completion of the Redevelopment. <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY <br /> <br />,2002. <br /> <br />By: <br />Its: President <br /> <br />By: <br />Its: Executive Director <br />
