<br />'(1) Light in Non-Habitable Work Space. Every laundry, futnace
<br />room, and all similar non-habitable work space shall have one:. (1) ,:' ,e,",;
<br />supplied electric light fixture available at all times.

<br />, (4) ~ight in Public Halls and Stairways. Every public hall
<br />and inside stairway shall be ~\dequately lighted at all timp.s with,
<br />an illumination of ot lea~t five lumens per square foot in the
<br />darkest portion of the normally traveled stairs and passageways.

<br />(5) Electric Outlets Required. Every habitable room, kitchen,
<br />public hall, water closet compartment, bathroom~ laundry room, and
<br />furnace room shall have the minimum number of eiectrical outlets
<br />and electrical light fixtures as provided for in the Building Code.

<br />(6) ~dequate Ventilatio~. Every habitable, room shall have
<br />at least one (1) window which can be easily opened or such other
<br />device as will adequately ventilate the room. A total openable
<br />window area in every habitable room shall be equal to at least

<br />93.11, Subdivi.~ion (1), except where there is provided mechanical
