<br />(1) Cleanliness. Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall
<br />keep in a' clean-and sanitary condition that part of the dwelling
<br />unit, and pre~ises thereof, which he occupies, controls~or uses.

<br />(2) Dispusal of Rubbish. Every occupant of a dwelling u:1it
<br />~hall dispose of all his rubbish in a 9lean and sanitary manner.

<br />(3) Use and Operation of Supplied Plumbing Fixtures. Every
<br />occup~nt of a dwelling unit shall keep the supplied plumbing
<br />fixtures therein clean and sanit~ry and shall be responsible for
<br />the pxercise of reasonable care in their proper use and operatiQn.
