<br />shall be instituted against any person, firm or corporation for
<br />alleged violation of Chapter 93, it shall be the duty of the ,
<br />enforcement officer to cause notice of such'violationtobe sent:
<br />'to the holder, or his agent, of the certificate of reqistration I'. '

<br />least one conspicuous place upon the premises wherein the viola-
<br />tion exists; and such notice shall be published once in the City's
<br />official newspaper. Such mailed, posted and published notice
<br />shall give the alleged violator thirty (30) days to correct the
<br />violation. The enforcement officer shall have the authority to
<br />extend the period upon good cause shown. Prosecution for' any
<br />violation of Chapter 93 of the Mounds View Municipal Code shall
<br />not be commenced unless notice as herein provided has been mailed
<br />and posted and the violation therein cited has not been remedied
<br />within the 1~-2~y period or within. the time granted under any
<br />extension of such period. Failure to receive notice as hereil~,pro-

<br />suspensIon may be for an entire building or for a part thereof.
<br />Notice of such suspension shall be mailed as required in Section
<br />33.20 and the building, or part thereof, affected by such suspension
<br />shall be posted with a copy of such suspension notice.
