The Storm Dr~lnage Management Fund. <br /> <br />(3) Owner. The Storm Drainage Manag~m~nt:Charge. <br /> <br />ESTABLISH~ENT. <br /> <br />There is hereby esta~lished dnd created a fund, designated <br />as the "Storm Drainage f1anagement Fund," and a charge, <br />designated as. the ~'Stormnrainage Management Charge." <br /> <br />PURPOSE. <br /> <br />The, purpose of the Fund is to provide for the development <br />of storm drainaqe farilities within the City of Mounds View. <br />There shall be ell'posited in the Fund all payments received <br />pursuant to the p~ovisions of this Chapter and such other <br />monies as shall be specified from time to time by the City <br />Counc i 1. <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY. <br /> <br />Any owner or his agent, who a?plies for ~ building permit <br />under Chapter 59 of the Municipal Code, shall pay a Storm <br />Drainage Management Charge in an amount, as determined <br />hereinafter, to the Fund. <br />
