<br />a) Name and purpose of the cause for which p~rmit is sought;

<br />b) Names and addresses of the officers and directors of the
<br />organization;

<br />Upon being satisfied that such organizaliol~, association or corpo~9.Eion is
<br />a religious, charitable, patriotic or philanthropic organization,;&ge Clerk
<br />shall issue a permit wi thout charge to such orgo.niza:tion, association or
<br />corporation to solicit in the City. Such organization, associatio~ o~ ~.
<br />corporation shall furnish all of its meinbe.r3, agents" orrcpresen.~a.:tives'
<br />conducting solicitation credentials in writing statinq the name of: the
<br />organization, name of agent and purpose of solicitation.

<br />110.6 Investigati0n and Issuance. Subdivision 1. Upon r~ceipt of
<br />each application, it shall be referred to the Chief,.of Po1icet ~b~ shall
<br />immediately institute such investigation of the applleant's business 'and
<br />moral character as he deems necessary for thepr0tection of the public
<br />good and shall endorse the d.ppl~cation in theinahner'prescribetiin this
<br />section within 72 hours after it has been filed bythe'applicant with the
<br />Clerk.

<br />Subdivision 2. If;JS a result of such investiyation, the applicant's
<br />character or business responsibility is found to be unsatisfaetory, the
<br />Chief of Police shall endorse on such u~plication his disapproval and his
<br />reasons for the same, and return the application to the City Clerk, who
<br />shall notify the applicant thilt his upplication is disapproved and that no
<br />permit will be issued.
<br />
<br />Subdivision J. If ctS a result of such investigation, the character
<br />and business responsibility of the applicant arc found to be satisfactory, ,
<br />the Chief of Police 3hall cndor~c on the application hi& approval and ,
<br />return the application to the City Clerk, who shall deliver to the applicant,:
<br />his permit. Such permit shall contain the signature of the issuing officer
