<br />110.10 Duty of Police to Enforce. It shall be the duty of the
<br />police of the City of Mounds View to require any person seen peddling,
<br />soliciting or canvassing and who is not known by such officer to have
<br />obtain.,q a permit hereunder to prOduce his permit and to enforce the pro-
<br />visi~s of this chapter against any person found to be violatingcthe s~.

<br />110.11p.ecords. The Chief of Police shall report to the CieYClerk
<br />all convictions for violation of this chapter and the City Clerk shalL
<br />maint"ina re"ord for each permit issued and record the reports of violatiQR
<br />therein. .

<br />110.12 Revocation of License. SUbdivision 1. Permits issued under
<br />the provision ef the chapter may be revoked by the Council of the tity af
<br />Mounds View aftnr notice and hearing, for any of the following causes:
<br />
<br />1) Fraud, misrepresentation, or incorrect statement contained
<br />in the application for permit;
<br />
<br />2} Praud, misrepresentation or incorrect statement made in
<br />the COurse of carrying on his bUSiness as SOliCitor,
<br />canvasser, peddler, transient merchant, itinerant merchant
<br />or itinerant vendor; , ,
<br />
<br />.

<br />3} Any violation of the chapter;
<br />~) Conviction of any crime or misdemeanor;
