<br />Subdivision 5. Real Property. Such profits may be used for
<br />improving, expanding, maintaining or repairing rei'll property owned
<br />or leased by an eligible organization. Such profits may not be used
<br />for the erection or_acquisition of any real property unless the,
<br />City Council specifically authorizes the expenditure after finding
<br />that the property will be used exclusively for one or more of the
<br />purposes specified in this section. '

<br />l07.22 Bingo Exemptions. Bingo may be conducted without
<br />complyi~g with the requirements of 107.12 and 107.15 if conducted
<br />(a) in connection with the county fair conducted by the ~ounty
<br />agricultural society or in connection with 3 civic celebrati0n
