<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />33.07 <br /> <br />shall keep a record of attendance at Commission meetings, a <br />record of resolutions, and votes and abstentions on each question <br />requiring a vote. The record of the Commission shall be a public <br />record. <br /> <br />Subdivision 6. Reports. The City Council may <br />request an annual report from the Commission of its works during <br />the preceding year. No Commission member shall act on behalf of <br />the Commission without having received consent of its content by <br />a majority of the Commission members at a regular or special <br />meeting of the Commission. <br /> <br />33.08 Expenditures. The Co~ission may request <br />from the City Council such funds as may be necessary and proper <br />for the conduct of its duties. <br /> <br />33.09 Duties of the Commission. In order to carry <br />on its purpose, the Commission shall: <br /> <br />(1) Upon request, advise the City Council, Planning <br />Commission, and other commissions or Task Forces on matters <br />relating to environmental concerns. <br /> <br />(2) Under the direction of the city Council initiate, <br />conduct, coordinate, or support community projects which seek to <br />educate or inform the City's residents about environmental <br />concerns. <br /> <br />(3) Maintain an inventory of environmental concerns <br />within the City and make recommendations regarding them to the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />(4) Communicate regularly with the city Council and <br />Planning Commission through joint meetings and meeting minutes. <br />
