No curb cut access shall be located less than fifty feet (501) from the intersection of two <br />(2) or more street rights of way. This distance shall be measured from the intersection of <br />lot lines. <br /> <br />b. Curb Cut Widths. Widths of curb cuts shall be as follows. subiect to reauirements of <br />Subdivision 5e hereof:. no cwb GUt access shall eXGeed twenty two feet (22') in width for <br />R-l and R-5 lesidential uses. Curb cut openings shall be at a minimum ofthree feet (3') from the lot line in residential <br />districts and five feet (5') from the lot line in business or industrial districts. <br /> <br />d. Driveway access curb openings on a public street, except for single-family, two-family <br />and townhouse dwellings, shall not be located less than forty feet (40') from one another. <br /> <br />e. Each property elevation of any parking area shall be allowed one curb cut access for <br />each one hundred twenty five feet (125') of street frontage. All property shall be entitled <br />to at least one curb cut.
