<br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. Chapter 701 of the Mounds
<br />View Municipal Code entitled "Animals and
<br />Animal Control" is hereby amended by
<br />reflecting the moved or deleted language by

<br />leI Receipts and ta{lS: Upon oayment of the
<br />license fee the Clerk-Administrator shall
<br />execute a receipt in duplicate. The Clerk-
<br />Administrator shall deliver the' original receipt
<br />to the person who paid the fee. retaining the
<br />duplicate. The Clerk-Administrator shall give I
<br />an aporopriate tag to the owner. The tag
<br />shall be metamc and shall be of a .differen~
<br />size and design each license period. '
<br />
<br />(f) Affixing tags' The owner shall cause the
<br />tag to be affixed by a permanent metalfas'
<br />tenerto the collar of the dog in such manner
<br />, that the tag may be easily seen. The owner
<br />shall ensure the dog wears the tag at all
<br />times. -'
<br />
<br />(g) Duolicate tags: If a dog tag is lost a
<br />duolicate mav be issued by the Cle'rk-
<br />Administrator uoon presentation of a teceipt
<br />showing p~ment of the license fee for the
<br />current Year. A charge of two dollars 1$2.00)
<br />sl1~1I bepa,id for each duplicate tag.
<br />
<br />Ihl Chance of address: An dog owner shall
<br />notify the Clerk-Administrator of any change
<br />of address inside the city within ten (10)
<br />'!:1m. '
<br />
<br />Iil Refunds: No dog tag shall be transferred
<br />to another doc or dOC) owner and no refund
<br />shall be made on any license fee.
<br />
<br />IiI Offense involvina tags: It shall be unlawful
<br />to counterfeit or attempt to counterfeit the
