RESOLUTION 7415 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ESTABLISHING THE COMPONENTS OF THE <br />PRIVATE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />IN CONJUNCTION TO WITH THE <br />STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, on May 22, 2006 the City Council adopted Resolution <br />6823 ordering the Feasibility Report for the 2007-2008 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 11, 2006 the City Council held a Public <br />Hearing and adopted Resolution 6982 approving the Feasibility Report for the <br />2007-2008 Street and Utility Improvement Project; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 12, 2007 the City Council adopted <br />Resolution 7018 approving the sufficiency of petition in opposition to the <br />2007-2008 Street and Utility Improvement Project; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 12, 2007 the City Council adopted <br />Resolution 7045 establishing the Streets and Utilities Task Force; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 2007 the City Council adopted <br />Resolution 7176 approving the Street and Utility Improvement Program based on <br />the recommendations of the Streets and Utilities Task Force; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 11, 2008 the City Council adopted <br />Resolution 7223 establishing the Streets and Utilities Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 24, 2008 the City Council adopted <br />Resolution 7245 appointing members to the Streets and Utilities Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 24, 2008 the City Council held a Public <br />Hearing and adopted Resolution 7243 ordering the 2009-2010 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project, based on the Feasibility Report for the 2007-2008 Street <br />and Utility Improvement Project, with the addition of Red Oak Drive north of <br />Sherwood Road; and <br />WHEREAS, one of the duties of the Streets and Utilities Committee <br />is to review non-standard issues for projects within the Street and Utility <br />Improvement Program and make recommendation to the City Council; and <br />
