APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, January 3, 2000, City Council Agenda <br />Mayor Coughlin asked the Council if anyone would like to add items to the agenda. <br />Council Member Quick noted a possible conflict in that the Council Meeting had been scheduled <br />to call to order at 6:00 p.m., however, the Work Session, which is typically held at 6:00 p.m., <br />was also scheduled that evening, with no time listed. He requested clarification. <br />City Administrator Whiting explained that the Annual Business Meeting was to call to order <br />first, pursuant to Charter requirements, and the Work Session was to follow. immediately <br />afterward. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Thomason/Marty. To Accept the January 3, 2000, City Council Agenda as <br />Presented. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. Monday, December 13,1999, City Council Minutes <br />Council Member Marty requested a correction to Page 32, third paragraph, first sentence to <br />indicate "Council Member Marty thanked City Attorney Long for his time and effort." <br />Council Member Marty requested a correction to Page 3S, third paragraph, second sentence to <br />indicate "...and he would like everything to be on the "up and up," "above board," and "a11 <br />hands on the table," which was another of his campaign promises." <br />M TI N/ E ND: Mart /T r 1999 it ouncil minutes <br />O O S CO y homason.
