Resolution 6244 Establishing Financing for the Mounds View Manufacturing <br />Home Park Second Access Project <br />Council Member Stigney asked how the grant was written. <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman indicated that the grant was written on the total <br />amount of the project. <br />Mayor Linke indicated he would support Option b because he feels there are City costs that the <br />Mobile Home Park should be paying for. <br />Council Member Stigney indicated that he feels the Staff recommendation of proportionately <br />dividing the proceeds is appropriate but he would like to look into proportionately applying City <br />costs as well. <br />
