Mounds View City Council May 10, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting Page 11 <br />Council Member Stigney asked whether Staff would be selling off the trailer and tow vehicle. <br />i <br />Public Works Director Lee indicated that the tow vehicle would stay but the trailer set up would <br />be sold at an approximate amount of $15,000. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Marty. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 6164, a <br />Resolution Approving the Purchase of a Replacement Sewer Televising Unit. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />J. Resolution 6248, a Resolution Adopting City Vision and Mission Statement, <br />Goals Program, Values Statement, and Rules of Conduct (Power Point <br />Presentation) <br />MOTION/SECOND: StigneylMarty. To Postpone this Matter to the Next Meeting. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />K. Resolution 6237, a Resolution Approving a Longevity Increase for Keith <br />Czarnecki (PD) <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty!Gunn. To Approve Resolution 6237, a Resolution Approving a <br />Longevity Increase for Keith Czarnecki. <br />Council Member Stigney requested that the Resolution be read. <br />City Administrator Ulrich read Resolution 6237. <br />Ayes - S Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />L. Resolution 6244 Establishing Financing for the Mounds View Manufacturing <br />Home Park Second Access Project <br />Council Member Stigney asked how the grant was written. <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman indicated that the grant was written on the total <br />amount of the project. <br />Mayor Linke indicated he would support Option b because he feels there are City costs that the <br />Mobile Home Park should be paying for. <br />Council Member Stigney indicated that he feels the Staff recommendation of proportionately <br />dividing the proceeds is appropriate but he would like to look into proportionately applying City <br />costs as well. <br />
