To Approve Resolution 6239, a Proclamation for National <br />Public Works Week. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />F. Resolution 6240 Appointing Dale Aukee to the Park and Recreation <br />Commission <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Stigney. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 6240, a <br />Resolution Appointing Dale Aukee to the Park and Recreation Commission. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />G. Proclamation for Arbor Day -Resolution 6238 <br />• <br />City Administrator Ulrich read Resolution 6238. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve Resolution 6238, a Proclamation for Arbor <br />Day. <br />Ayes - 5 <br />Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />7. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br />A. Just and Correct Claims <br />Council Member Marty requested verification on the league of Minnesota cities refund of <br />overpayment. <br />Finance Director Hansen explained that a couple of years ago there was an accident with a City <br />vehicle and a private party and the City paid the $10,000 deductible and the League paid the <br />amount in excess of that. Last fall the League accomplished recovery of money from the other <br />driver and they were to calculate and send 2/3 of the recovery to the City but they made a mistake <br />and sent the entire amount to the City so this is a refund to them. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn. To Approve Just and Correct Claims as Presented. <br />Ayes - 5 <br />Nays - 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />• <br />
