MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. ROLL CALL: Mariy, Stigney, Hull, Flaherty, and Mueller <br />NOT PRESENT: None. <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />• A. Monday, Apri19, 2007 City Council Agenda <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Flaherty. To Approve the Monday, Apri19, 2007 City Council <br />Agenda as Presented. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried, <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Nick Hammes of 5511 Quincy Street said that there is an issue with parking on Quincy Street <br />and he would like to ask if Council has done any research on the issue since it was brought to the <br />attention of the City. <br />Council Member Flaherty indicated that he drove by today around 11:30 a.m. and there were no <br />cars parked at that time. He then said that the police department is patrolling the area looking for <br />violators. <br />Mayor Marty indicated he spoke to the Chief about it and was told that the Chief was out there <br />Thursday afternoon and there were no cars parked along there at that time. <br />Council Member Mueller indicated that she is wondering if the best solution would be to restrict <br />parking there 24 hours per day due to the heavy traffic in the area because that would solve the <br />~ issue but that creates problems for residents who would want to have visitors park on the street. <br />
