Mounds View City Council Apri123, 2007 <br />Regular Meeting Page 3 <br />• David Jalu~ke 8428 Eastwood Road asked who will bear the cost of moving this sign. <br />Director Ericson indicated that the cost associated with relocating the sign will be born by <br />Medtronic. <br />Mr. Jaluilce asked what the lease revenues will be. <br />Director Ericson indicated that the revenue stream would be the same as the two remaining signs <br />on the former goif course property and estimated that the revenues begin at $15,000, then <br />$25,000, and then $30,000 up through the 30 year period. <br />Hearing no further public comments, Acting Mayor Stigney closed the public hearing. <br />Council Member Hull asked when the lease starts, in 2005, or when it is constructed. <br />Director Ericson indicated that the lease term will begin when the sign is erected. <br />City Attorney Riggs requested adding the expiration date to the Resolution. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. Public Hearing to Consider the Second Reading of Ordinance 788, <br />Approving Amendments to Chapters 1102 and 1113 of the Mounds View <br />Zoning Code to Define Neighborhood Motor Fuel Station and Allow a <br />Neighborhood Motor Fuel Station as a Conditional Use in a B-2 Zoning <br />District <br />Community Development Director Ericson said that the first reading was held and this second <br />reading addresses the addition of language to the Zoning Code to identify a subset of gas stations <br />that would be allowed in the B2 Zoning District. Staff asked that the public hearing be opened <br />and that Council take no action until the next meeting as the owners of The Station are not <br />present and would like to be here for this. <br />Acting Mayor Stigney opened the public hearing. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Mueller.
