MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. ROLL CALL: Marty, Stigney, Hull, F~aherty, and Mueller <br />NOT PRESENT: None. <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />• A. Monday, May 14, 2007 City Council Agenda <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Approve the Monday, May 14, 2007 City Council <br />Agenda as Presented. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Michael Hebert of 2216 Kingsway Lane provided information on the issues going on with his <br />trailer. He then said that the City helped him with this but the City has charged him with this. <br />He further asked Council to explain the letter he received on a correction notice from the City. <br />Mayor Marty said that it would seem that the owners of the lot would be responsible for this site <br />correction.. <br />Community Development Director Ericson said that it is customary maintenance to level the <br />homes on a periodic basis whenever it is needed and, it was pointed out, that ordinarily Mr. <br />Hebert would need to do that but, the owners of the home park should share in the responsibility <br />since the water line break exacerbated the situation. <br />Mr. Hebert said that the park owners leveled the lot next to him and Staff told him to stop <br />~ leveling his until the issue is corrected. <br />
