Resolution 7106, Amending the 2007 Cable Fund and Special Projects Fund 17 Budgets and Authorizing Transfer of Funds Council Member Mueller requested that Item C be removed for discussion. MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Stigney To Approve Consent Agenda Items 8A and 8B as presented. Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. C. Resolution 7106, Amending the 2007 Cable Fund and Special Projects Fund Budgets and Authorizing Transfer of Funds Council Member Mueller said that she does not like fund transfers as the funds should be used for what they were collected for. She then said, for the record, the Council needs to weigh these decisions and not take fund transfers lightly. Mayor Marty said that he was under the impression that the City had already done this because it was discussed by the Council. He then explained that this was $12,563 for a special roof mounted air conditioner for the cable room to keep the cable equipment cool and it was determined at that time that, since this was a cable necessity, the City would charge that to the Cable Fund. He then said that he just recently discovered that Council had not taken action to do so. MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7106, Amending • 43 44 45 9.
