Mounds View City Council June 25, 2007 <br />Regular Meeting Page 15 <br />Mayor Marty requested the following change: On Page 2, third paragraph correct the spelling. <br />Ericson indicated it was corrected further down and that one will be amended as well. <br />Council Member Mueller explained her change that she had submitted to Staff. <br />Council Member Mueller said that the last statements Mr. Ericson was going to check into it and <br />report back so that should be added in. <br />Council Member Stigney said that he had submitted corrections. <br />Mayor Marty asked Staff to check on Page 3 the votes for the motion, and On Page 5, check who <br />seconded the motion to table Resolution 7033. <br />Council Member Mueller explained that the motion was withdrawn later in the discussion. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Mueller. To Approve the May 29, 2007 City Council meeting <br />minutes as corrected. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />B. June 11, 2007 Executive Session <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Hull. To Approve the June 11, 2007 Executive Session Minutes <br />as Presented. <br />Ayes - S Nays --0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council <br />Mayor Marty said that he talked to Staff today about a watering ban due to the hot and dry <br />weather. <br />Mayor Marty said that if the City violates its energy saving agreement with Xcel it will cost the <br />City $20,000 so he would like to discuss this at the next work session. <br />Council Member Mueller thanked the residents for the calls and letters and said that she <br />appreciated the input. <br />Council Member Mueller thanked Moe's for the $500 donation to the Festival in the Park and the <br />Staff and Council Members and Mayor who were brave enough to be in the dunk tank. <br />
