Reports of Mayor and Council Mayor Marty indicated he attended the football game with Irondale against Totino Grace and Irondale won 21 to 20. This is the first time in 11 years that Irondale has beat Totino Grace and he would like to congratulate the football team on their victor~. Council Member Mueller indicated that during the half time performance the Irondale Marching Knights performed their Minnesota State Fair routine: She then reminded the public that on • Saturday, September 29, 2007 there will be Music of th~ Night performance where 16 other schools compete from south Dakota, Iowa, Wiscor~in and Minnesota. Council Member Stigney asked for a status on the green tint on the display. Finance Director Beer indi~a~ed that part of the issue is the lights, and that is what Staff has been told. Mayor Marty indicated that there is some diagnostic equipment that can be used, and Staff is working with CTV-15 to use that equipment. Council Member Stigney said that this has been going on for weeks and he would like it to be addressed. Administrator Ulrich indicated that this has been a priority for Staff as well, but it has been difficult to diagnose the problem. Staff will continue to look into it. B. Reports of Staff 1. Police Department Quarterly Report Chief Sommer provided a quarterly report for April through June 2007. Chief Sommer ~ summarized the information on the report for Council.
