Council Member Mueller indicated that last week there was an incident at Mounds View Square and responding Officer Wolf conducted himself well and successfully tracked down the person that created the disturbance. Mayor Mariy asked where the fire calls are listed on the report. Chief Sommer explained that would fall under assisting another agency. Mayor Marty asked who writes the police reports for the newspaper. Chief Sommer indicated that the newspaper reporter does that after they receive the police report. Mayor Marty indicated he went past Pinewood`Schaol'_and there vvere no cars parked in the no parking zone, and there was a squad making sure there was no one parked there. Mayor Marty thanked the Chief for the enforcement. 2. City Administrator~Ite~o~k Administrator IJlrich indicated. that Medtronic has asked the City to allow them to aerate the pond to l~eep the water clean without using chemicals to prevent it from filling in. Staff supports that request but would Ic~ok to have ai rnairitenance agreement for liability purposes. Administrator Ulrich said that it has been an honor to be the City Administrator for the last four years. Administrator Ulricii wished Council Members we11.
