To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7163, a <br />Resolution Approving the Printing and Distribution of the Summary Report Document and <br />Setting a Public Hearing Date for Street and Utility Improvement Program. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />C. Resolution 7157, A Resolution Approving Severance Package for Kurt <br />Ulrich, Mounds View City Administrator <br />. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Hull. To Extend the Meeting to 11:00 p.m. <br />Ayes - 5 <br />Nays - 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Assistant Administrator Crane explained that Resolution 7157 would authorize a severance <br />payment for Mr. Ulrich in accordance with the personnel manual and policies. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7157, a <br />Resolution Approving Severance Package for Kurt Ulrich, Mounds View City Administrator. <br />Ayes - 4 <br />Nays - 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Council Member Mueller was not present for the vote. <br />D. Resolution 7159, A Resolution Approving a Final Plat for the Abiding Savior <br />Major Subdivision <br />u <br />Interim Administrator Ericson explained that Abiding Savior has submitted a request for <br />approval of the Final Plat for the major subdivision. The Final Plat has been submitted and is <br />consistent with the preliminary plat. Interim Administrator Ericson indicated that the City <br />Attorney has reviewed all of the information relating to the plat, and there is a park dedication fee <br />required as part of this major subdivision approval. <br />Mayor Marty asked for confirmation that there are no changes from the preliminary plat stage. <br />Interim Administrator Ericson indicated that was correct. <br />
