Mounds View City Council November 13, 2007 <br />Regular Meeting Page 2 <br />Chris Johnson of Long Lake Road indicated he had questions on the Xcel project and asked <br />whether they have met all permit requirements and asked whether the permit has been issued. <br />Public Works Director Lee explained that the permit has been granted and work begun but the <br />valve issue and the easement issues are yet to be resolved. Public Hearing to Consider Resolution 7186, Adopting the 2008 Fee Schedule <br />Acting Mayor Stigney opened the public hearing. <br />Hearing no p~tblic comments, ~lcting Mayor Stigney closed the public hearing. <br />Assistant to the Adrninistrator Crane suggested tabling to allow time for the Council to fully <br />review the fee schedule. <br />Council Member Flaherty indicated that Community Center fees are being discussed and those <br />have not been included in this Fee Schedule. <br />Acting Mayor Stigney indicated he would like to discuss incorporating the liquor license <br />information from St. Paul. <br />~ <br />~ <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated that the City charges more than St. Paul but Staff • <br />does feel that the information is valid and agreed to review the information for other fees as well. <br />
