Interim Administrator Ericson added Item 7I Amending Ordinance on Signs and Billboards. <br />A. Monday, December 10, 2007 City Council Agenda <br />M4TION/SECOND: Mueller/Flaherty. To Approve the Monday, December 10, 2007 City <br />Council Agenda as Presented. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Connie Hammes said that she did not want to provide her address. She then explained that <br />privacy and the internet, and protecting children are very important. She further said that she <br />came across a matter that needs consideration and action of the Council. She did a Google <br />search using her child's name, and she was surprised to see every time that he had been in front <br />of Council, his name and address were listed, and that concerns her. <br />Ms. Hammes asked Councit to list the names of juveniles, but not addresses to protect them, <br />Council Member Flaherty asked whether addresses are required, and why the Cily asks for them. <br />Attorney Riggs indicated that most City Councils do so to confirm that people are residents of <br />• the City. <br />
