14 <br />WHEREAS, It sppears to the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View that <br />the streets hereunder described should be located, established, designated and <br />numbered as "Municipal State Aid Streets" under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of <br />1957, Chapter 943; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Viliage Council of the Village of Mounds <br />View that the streets described and numbered as follows, to -wit: <br />(a) Number 230 Groveland Road from County Road "J" to Bronson Drive. <br />Bronson Drive from Groveland to Knollwood. Knollwood Drive from <br />Bronson Drive to County Road "H <br />(b) Number 228 Hillview Road from Highway 8 to Red Oak Drive. Red Oak <br />Drive from Hillview to Highway 10. <br />(c) Number 229 Quincy Street from Hillview Road to County Road "H2 <br />be, and hereby are designated as "Municipal State Aid Streets" of said Village. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Council with the assistance of its <br />Village Engineet has determined that the following are the minimum requirements for <br />State Aid Assistance on the above described roads. <br />RESOLUTION 9 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NUMBERS TO STATE AID ROADS AND ESTABLISHING <br />A MINIMUM REQUIREtENT FOR THE STATE AID ROADS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW. <br />1. All roads designated as State Aid Roads shall have a minimum width of <br />forty -four (44) feet. <br />2. Each road shall be paved with a six (6) inch subbase and one (1) inch <br />mixed prime and a three (3) inch plant mix wearing course. <br />3. Each street shall have installed on it, curbs and gutters made of concrete. <br />4. There shall be a street light at each intersection. <br />5. There shall be a storm sewer system built in conjunction with the <br />State Aid Roads to permit the adequate drainage of the road areas. <br />6. There shall be semaphore control lights at the following intersections: <br />(a) County Road "H2" and Knollwood Drive. <br />(b) Quincy Street and County Road "I <br />7. All of the State Aid Roads shall be capable of handling nine (9) ton traffic. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br />to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for <br />
