his consideration, that upon his approval of the designation of said streets, or portions <br />thereof, such approved streets or portions thereof phall comprise the Municipal State Aid <br />Street System of the Village of Mounds View, and that same be constructed, improved and <br />maintained in accordance with the above Resolution and the rules and regulations of the <br />Commissioner of Highways, and the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1957, Charter 943. <br />ADOPTED September 2, 1958. <br />1 <br />Clerk, Martha Irvine <br />May. <br />James W.
