of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the Mounds View Village Hall in Arden Hills on lc 1az <br />1960, at it o'clock P.M., with the following <br />maowers present: Crane, Hodges, Malvin, Christensen Smith <br /> id <br />and the following members absent: None <br />The Council then considered a preliminary report heretofore <br />prepared by Comstock Davis, Consulting Engineers, advising the <br />Council as to the feasibility and estimated cost of constructing water <br />supply and storage facilities, together with a system of trunk water <br />mains to serve the corporate limits of the Village of Mounds View. <br />After consideration of said report Member L� t introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows: <br />(1) That the preliminary report heretofor prepared by Comstock <br />Davis advising this Council as to the feasibility and est- <br />imated cost of constructing water supply and storage facilities and a <br />system of trunk water mains to serve the corporate limits of the Village <br />is hereby approved and ordered filed. <br />(2) Said improvement shall be hereafter designated as Waterworks <br />Improvement No. 1960 -1. <br />(3) This Council shall meet at the time and place specified in <br />the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose <br />pf conducting a preliminary public hearing on the proposed construction <br />Of R4terworks Improvement No. 1960 -1, and the Clerk is hereby authorized <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, <br />meeting <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING <br />A PRELIMINARY HEARING ON THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF <br />WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT NO. 1960 -1. <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of <br />
