Said notice shall be in substantially the following form: NOTICE I8 HEREBY GIVEN That the Viilag /C9oancil o£ the Vi lege of Mou View, 19„nnesota will meet at thg jc in ,cot Minnesota, o n d 1 1 /41, 1966, at .00 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of conducting a preliminary public hearing on the proposed construction of Waterworks Improvement Nn_ 1960 -1_. at Which hearing the Council will hear objections to said improvement and take such other action as may be require:;. Said improvement consists of the construction of water supply and storage facilities, together wi tit a system of trunk water mains, valves, firs; hydrants and appurtenances tlereto in the streets, alleys and public ways and at other locations to serve the entire corporate limits of the Village as shown on a map now on file in the office of the Village Clerk. The estimated cost of said improvement is G- GL ''z. The area proposed to be assessed is each lot, piece and parcel of land within the corporate limits of the Village. All persons, firms or corporations whose land may be so assessed may, at the above stated time and place, present oral or written objections to aid improvement. Dated. 1960.
