Christensen The Council tnen considered the preliminary report neretofore prepared by Comstock and Davis as to the feasibility and estimated cost of constructing additional water mains, valves, nydrants, service lines and appurtenances tnereto designated as Waterworks Improvement 1960 -3. After consideriny said report member Smith introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND CALLING A PRELIMINARY PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT 1960 -3. BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows: (1) That the preliminary en9ineeriny report heretofore prepared by Comstock and Davis as to the feasibilit and estimated cost of constructing Waterworks Improvement 1960 -3 is hereby approved and ordered filed. This Council shall meet at the time and place specified in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of conducting a preliminary public hearing on the proposed construction of said improvement; and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the official newspaper at least twice, which publications shall be one week apart witn the last publica- tion not later than three days prior to the date of said rearing.
