NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View, Minnesota, will meet at the Red Oak School in said <br />Village on Monday, August 15, 1960, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., C.D.S.T., <br />for the purpose of conducting a preliminary public hearing on the <br />proposed construction of Waterworks Improvement 1960 -3 in said <br />Village. Said works shall consist of the construction of lateral <br />water mains, service lines, valves, hydrants and appurtenances <br />thereto in the following areas: <br />(SEAL) <br />NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY 81:ARING <br />WATERWORKS IMPR£V.EMEFT 1960 -3 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />In the streets and public roads lying west of the east <br />property line of Fairchild Avenue and south of U. S. <br />Highway No. 10: <br />In the streets and public roads lying west of Edgewood <br />Road and east of Groveland Street between Sherwood and <br />County Road I: <br />In Woodlawn from Sherwood to Ardan; on Ardan from Woodlawn <br />to Laport Drive; on Laport Drive from Ardan to Woodlawn; <br />on Edgewood from Sherwood to Laport Drive; on Long Lake <br />Road from Sherwood to Ardan; on Ardan from Long Lake <br />Road to Woodlawn. <br />The estimated cost of said improvement is $294,955. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for special benefit derived <br />from said improvement in each lot, piece and parcel of property <br />abutting upon the above streets within the Village of Mounds <br />View.
