and RBSOWiION NO.J VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF UINNSOT' A RESOLUTION ABATING PORTIONS OF A°. `°S�.a QBNALT!S AND INTEREST THEREON ON CERTAIN LANDS UCArlia WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. At a regular meeting held on the 27th day of November, 1963 the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View resolved as follows: WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View for Waterworks improvement 1960 -1, an improvement consisting of the construction of water supply and storage facilities, together with a system of trunk water mains, valves, fire hydrants, service lines and appurtenances thereto, in the streets, alleys and public ways within the corporate limits of the Village of' Mounds View, and Waterworks Improvement 1960 -2, consisting of the installation of water mains, service lines, valves, hydrants and appurtenances thereto; WHEREAS, that special assessments were levied by said Village Council to defray in part of cost of the above described improvements, which said assessments were confirmed by said Council by said Village of b.unds View on the 12th day of September 1960. WHEREAS, Donald Voge is the owner in fee of the following described real estate, situated and being in the Village of Mounds View, eamsey•County, Minnesota to -wit: Except Long Lal:e Road and County Road J the Ni of the NWI of Section 5, Township 30, Range 23 and Except Long Lake Road the S of the N": of the dill of Section 5, Township 30, Range 23, and WHEREAS, Donald Voge objected and has appealed from such assessments, WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View and Donald Voge have negotiated and agreed to compromise the assessment so levied in the following manner, Council Member Blanchard moves the following resolution: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of kee Mounds View that the above described assessments, together with the penalties
