and interest due thereon, are hereby abated by this Village Council and the <br />County Auditor is directed to make the following adjustments onhJs records. <br />For Waterworks Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2 tho total area assessment <br />on the property described as follows: <br />Except Long Lake Road and County Road J the Ni of the ?Atli of <br />Section 5, Township 30, Range 23 is $5,951.21; <br />and on the following described property: <br />Except Long Lake Road the SL of the N of the NKj of <br />Section 5, Township 30, Range 23 is $5,950.76. <br />The total payments due on the northern portion of the properties <br />above described for 1960, 1961 and 1962 were $2,297.62 and the total payments <br />due on the southern portion of the above described property Tor 1960, 1961, and <br />1962 were $2,297.46 or a total of $4,595.08, and it is the intent of this <br />resolution and it is the agreement of the Village of Mounds View and Donald <br />Voge that the above described payments due aad owing totaling $4,595'.06 which <br />include interest are to be fully abated and the County Auditor is to adjust <br />his records accordingly. <br />Member Sullivan seconded the motion and upon roll call the <br />following vote was taken: <br />Those voting in favor of the resolution: Sullivan, Blanchard, Malvin <br />and Hodges <br />Said resolution was duly adopted this27thday of November 1963. <br />Those voting naye: <br />Village iCler <br />None <br />
