WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Water Department has requested a Resolution from the Village Cnuncil tc enter into c- ,ntract with the Board )f Water CJmmissi hers, City of St. Paul to cr,)ss the City of St. Paul Water Main at the intersecti7n County Road I and Quincy Street within the Village of Mounds WHEREAS, the Nayor and Clerk were authorized tc and sign the agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resclution was duly seconded by La Vague and upon a vote being taken the f711ewing members voted in favor thereof: Blanchard, Schott, Rusted, La Vaque and the follawing members voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
