WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Water Department has requested a Resolution from the Village Council tc enter into contract with the Board of Water C-mmissioners, City of St. Paul to ernes the City of St. Paul Water Main at the intersection of County Road I and Quincy Street within the Village of Mounds View, and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute and sign the agreement.
