w <br />RESOLUTION NO. 179 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF UTILITIES <br />ON SILVER LAKE ROAD. <br />On the 23rd day of November, 1964, at a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View held at the Village Hall located <br />at 2401 Highway 10, New Brighton 12, Minnesota the following resolution was <br />offered by Member La Vague: <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County plans to improve, construct and maintain <br />Fairchild Avenue, to be known as Silver Lake Road between County Road H and <br />north to Highway 10 commencing the year 1965, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View plans to install on said <br />road right of way certain water, sanitary sewer, and storm water drainage <br />facilities during the same period, and <br />WHEREAS, in order to properly facilitate the construction of both <br />the road and the utilities above mentioned, in the most efficient and economical <br />manner, it is desirable that Ramsey County handle the issuance of all contracts <br />both for the road construction and the utility construction, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View that: <br />1. The Village of Mounds View hereby requests Ramsey County to let <br />all contracts for the construction of sanitary sewer, water, and storm water <br />drainage facilities in conjunction with the contracts for the construction of that <br />certain road known as Fairchild Avenue and to be later designated as Silver Lake <br />Road; <br />2. That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Village of Mounds View are <br />hereby authorized to execute an agreement to be drawn between the County of Ramsey <br />and Village of Mounds View whereby the County of Ramsey do all the engineering work <br />necessary for the construction of Silver Lake Road between County Road H and Highway <br />10, and that the Village of Mounds View shall do all of the engineering work <br />necessary for the construction of sanitary sewer, water, and storm water drainage <br />on the said right of way, and that the County of Ramsey will prepare and aavertise <br />
