for bids for the construction of both the road and the utilities and that the <br />County of Ramsey will handle the award of the contract and whereby the County of <br />Ramsey will pay all of the expenses necessary for the construction of the described <br />road and the Village of Mounds View will pay all the necessary expenses for the <br />construction of the utilities described herein. <br />Member Schott seconded the resolution.
