Special Considerations <br />The Village of Mounds View will provide additional protection or <br />other emergency measures for the locations, facilities, installations, <br />etc. as listed and detailed in AppendiA 6. <br />G. Control <br />1. During any Civil Defense emergency, control of the <br />Mounds View municipal defense forces is exercised <br />by the Mounds View Municipal Director for the Mayor <br />and Council. <br />2 The Mounds View Municipal Civil Defense Control <br />Center is located at the Village Hall. <br />3. The Ramsey County Control Cent er is located at the <br />Ramsey County Court House in St. Paul. <br />4.
