However, a permit will <br />not be issued until the terms and conditions of the deferggd payment plan have been <br />established. <br />d. District connection charges. All connection charges imposed by the <br />district shall be due and payable upon application for a permit under Mounds View <br />Ordinance 128+.040. <br />Section 3. Use charges. <br />a. Village. <br />1. Single family residences: The monthly use charge for a single <br />family residence is $1.50, payable quarterly. <br />2. Other users: The monthly use charge for users other than <br />single family residences, is $1,50 per RRC as determined in Section <br />1 (b), payable quarterly. <br />b. District. <br />1. All use charges imposed by the district shall be billed <br />quarterly by the Village pursuant to the terms of agreement <br />No. 5 between the Village and the District. <br />c. Commencement of charge. <br />All use charges shall commence the first day of the month following <br />connection to the Mounds View sanitary sewer system. <br />Section 4. Delinquent accounts. <br />In the event any account is deemed delinquent the Village may take <br />whatever steps necessary to assure collection, including the right to discontinue <br />any utility service provided by the Village plus the right to off -set any amount <br />due against the user's water meter deposit account. <br />The above resolution was seconded by Member Johnson <br />Those voting in favor: <br />February <br />those voting against: <br />whereupon the resolution was declared adopted the 28 day of <br />1966. <br />Mayor <br />
