After 1 year's service 2 weeks <br />After 5 year's service 3 weeks <br />Afti-r 20 year's service 4 weeks <br />Employees with two weeks' vacation due must take at least one week <br />of said vacation days consecutively. <br />Employees with three weeks' vacation due must take at least two weeks <br />of said vacation days consecutively. <br />Employees with less than two years of service shall have their <br />vacation prorated at 5/6's day per month. <br />Employees with three or four weeks' vacation due must take at least <br />two weeks of said vacation days consecutively. <br />Vacations must be schedule by March 1st each year. <br />An employee may hold over ten (10) days maximum into the next year. <br />ARTICLE VI <br />Hours <br />Section 1. The regular work day for employees shall be eight (8) hours. <br />2. The regular work week for employees shall be forty (40) <br />hours, and shall be five (5) consecutive days excluding Sunday. <br />Section 3. The average work month for employees for purposes of <br />computing vacations, sick leave, and fractions of a month's work shall be one <br />hundred seventy -three (173) hours. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />Overtime <br />Section 1. Overtime is defined as all hours worked in excess of eight <br />(8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week, and for all hours worked on the <br />sixth (6th) day, Sunday, and legal holidays or days ovserved as holidays. <br />Section 2. Overtime for all employees shall be paid as it is earned <br />at the rate of time and one -half cash payment. On the five scheduled work days, <br />the compensatory time shall be time and one -half. On the 6th day and Sunday, <br />holidays, and days observed as holidays, it shall be time and one -half cash <br />payment. <br />Section 3. An employee called back to work after he has completed <br />his regular work day or called out on his day off shall receive a minimum of two <br />(2) hours' compensation at the overtime rate. <br />-3- <br />
