RESOLUTION NO. 496 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View <br />held on the, 27th day of July 1970 at 8 :00 o'clock P.M., at 2401 Highway 10, <br />Mounds View, Minnesota, with the following members present: Rusted, Malvin, Hodges, <br />Blanchard, Neisen <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Rusted moved the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN LANDS AS NON CONSERVATION <br />LANDS, AND REQUESTING THE COUNTY OF RAMSEY TO CONVEY A <br />PORTION OF SAID LANDS TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW FOR <br />PUBLIC PURPOSES. <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has been notified by the Ramsey County <br />Auditor's office that certain lands lying within its boundaries are tax delinquent <br />and are to be forfeited for failure to pay tax, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View requires a portion thereof for <br />public purposes, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That the following described property is hereby declared to be <br />non conservation lands. <br />2. That the following described property be conveyed to the Village of <br />Mounds View for public purposes, namely highway, and utility purposes with the <br />remaining classified with no Village interest. <br />a) The Weat 30 feet of the following described property: Except the <br />West 2112 feet and except the East 315 feet of the North 172.5, the <br />North 405 feet of the South 810 feet of the Northeast 1/4 subject to <br />road in Section 6, Township 30, Range 23. <br />b) The Weat 30 feet of the following described property: Subject to <br />Long Lake Road and except the Weat 2112 feet, the North 100 feet of <br />the South 2327.5 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 30, <br />Range 23. <br />c) The West 30 feet of the following described property: Except Long <br />Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet, the North 143 feet of the <br />South 405 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23. <br />d) Except the South 230 feet the East 100 feet of Lot 34 Auditors <br />Subdivision No. 89. (All to Mounds View) <br />3. That the following described property be conveyed to the Village of <br />Mounds View for public purposes, namely a walkway: <br />a) 12 foot MOL walkway in Block 17 Pinewood Terrace No. 5. <br />part <br />
