4. That the following described property be conveyed to the Village of <br />Mounds View for park purposes with the part remaining classified with no Village <br />interest: <br />a) Subject to ditches, part South of extended South Line of Lot 28 <br />Block 14 of Lot 35 Block 14 Pinewood Terrace #5. <br />b) That part of Lot 35 Block 14 Pinewood Terrace #5 lying within <br />the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 30, <br />Range 23 and lying easterly, of the westerly line of Lot 23 of <br />said Block 14 extended northerly. <br />c) Classified with no Village interest: Subject to ditches, that part <br />of Lot 35, Block 14 Pinewood Terrace #5, lying East of the westerly <br />line extended northerly of Lot 23 in said Block 14 except therefrom <br />all that part of said Lot 35 lying within the Northeast 1/4 of the <br />Southwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 30, Range 23. <br />4b and 4c taken together are parcel Subject to ditches, part East <br />of extended Westerly line of Lot 23 of Lot 35 Block 14 Pinewood <br />Terrace #5 forfeited on 8/15/67. <br />5.
