Res. 7716 <br /> Page 2 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City <br /> Council approves the following revision to Section 1.05 (Discipline Policy) of the Mounds <br /> View Personnel Manual, as follows: <br /> Disciplinary action for just cause may be handled as deemed appropriate by <br /> the City. This policy does not apply to new probationary employees.
