A special meeting of, the Village Council was called to order at 7:20 P.M.', <br />December 16, 1958,by the Mayor James W. Gibson. Present from Mounds View were: <br />Irvine, Sullivan, Acbterkirch, Austad, Meyers and Milbrandt. Present fram Spring <br />Lake Park mere: John M. Conde, Milo C. Schroeder and Wm. Fleming. Jack Mess'' and <br />Ed Lewis represented Park Playground, Inc. <br />The proposed Ordinance regarding Lakeside Park was read by the Mayor and <br />discussed. Spring Lake Park Village Council had informed the attorneys to proceed <br />with the ordinance at their meeting on December 15, 1958. <br />The Mounds View Council members unanimously voted in favor of proceeding with <br />the agreement with Spring Lake Park and have the attorneys proceed to draw up a <br />final draft of the Ordinance. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M. <br />December 16, 1958 <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Martha Irvine <br />Clerk <br />41 <br />
