Present Were: PROCEEDINGS 0P THE MUG COUNCIL VILLAGE 0P MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY MINNESOTA. U_ !v:i�fa The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village council was called to order by Mayor Allan B. Orane at 8 :03 P. M., Monday, July 11, 1960, at the Red Oak School, Red Oak Drive and Sherewood Road. Mayor Allan B. Crane Clerk Earl E. Smith Trueee Melford C. Christensen Donald C. Hodges Perry Malvin Attorney Richard G. Meyers Engineer Lester knutson Treasurer Irene Edberg A petition was presented to the council by James W. Gibson petitioning the council to hold a hearing on the extension of water mains in the West 1/2 of Section 7 of the village. Motion by Malvin Seconded by Hodges to accept the petition for referral to the Village Engineer and for a report at the next meeting. 5 ayes, motion carried. The minutes of the May 2nd meeting vas read by Clerk Smith. Motion by Badges seconded by Crane to accept the May 2nd minutes as read, 5 ayes motion carried. The minutes of the May 9th Meeting was read by Clerk Smith, Motion by Canna, seconded by Malvin to accept the minutes as read subject to a com notion of the name Mi. Larry Grover on Page 2, 4th paragraph to Mr. Larry Brogger. 5 ayes, motion carried. Motion by Christensen, seconded by Bodges to accept the minutes of May 23rd without reading as the council has had time to to study the minutes. An addition was given to the minutes by Clerk Smith that the recreation Committee had suspended their operations on May 23rd due to the fact that there were descrepancies between the Clerk's records and the Recreation Committeess records and the fact that the recreation ordinance had not bees given approval by the council. Christensen also added a change on page 3 concerning the size of the water line which should read an 18 inch line instead of 8 inch line. Upon call of roll the motion, addition and change in the minutes received 5 eyes for approval, motion carried. Clerk Smith read the minutes of the meeting of May 25th, 1960. Correa.- tion made changing the day of the meeting from Monday to Wednesday. Motion by Christensen seconded by Hodges to approve the minutes of May 25th as corrected. 5 ayes, motion carried.
