Er. Christenson suC,ested that this may <br />be covor•ed by the Nuisance Ordinance and that a complaint could be <br />filed in the Justico Court if necessary. <br />It was brought to the attention of t':e Council that a petition <br />was delivered to the Council requesting the Council to restore the <br />boulevards and streets to their normal condition on Terrace Drive <br />between :iwy. 8 and ?uincy St. The question was posed as to what <br />action has been taken or would be taken by the Council regardin3 <br />this petition. Layor Crane stated that he would locate this <br />petition and action would be taken thereon by the Council. <br />Mayor Crane mentioned an item on the agenda- -said item a <br />request by Firs. Squires for placement of a house trailer on their <br />property. Motion by Crane, seconded by Hodges to deny said request. <br />4 ayes, motion carried. <br />It was brou3ht to the attention of the Council that residents <br />aro seeking information concernin; the specifications for the con- <br />nection of inside plumbing to t water meter. The Council instructed <br />the Engineer to investigate specifications concernin; this and repc:t <br />to the Council at a future meeting. <br />Motion by Christenson, seconded by i_alvin to approve payment <br />of the bills (see list attached). 4 ayes, motion carried. <br />Motion by Malvin, seconded by Christenson to adjourn at 9:30 1.M. <br />4 ayes, motion carried. <br />R pectfyrisubmitted, <br />arl <br />E.
