3 <br />Minutes of May 22nd Council Meeting <br />000062 <br />The Engineer was instructed to prepare an announcement regarding <br />the sodding or seeding of boulevards in Water Project 1960 -3 to be <br />placed in the legal newspaper of the Village. <br />Motion by Christenson to pay the bills presented (list attached) <br />including the assessment for water improvement on Village park property. <br />Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />A Resolution modifying assessments for Water Mains was read. <br />Motion by Crane to adopt Resolution #73. Seconded by Christensen. <br />5 Ayes for approval. <br />A Resolution Certifying That The Attached List of Assessments <br />Have Been Paid removing Lateral Assessment of Pinewood Terrace Lot 8 <br />B lock 1, property owner William Tate 2118 Hillview Rd. from the list <br />of Aesessments. <br />Motion by Christensen to adopt Resolution #74. Seconded by Hodges. <br />5 Ayes for approval. <br />Motion by Malvin to reject Gas Franchise as proposed by Northern <br />States Power. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Christensen to adopt Franchise Ordinance as written <br />by the Attorney (Ordinance #83) and to forward the Franchise with a <br />letter from the Engineer stating reasons why the request for approval <br />of their plans be made. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />The matter of permits and licensee for Air Conditioning was <br />deferred to the next meeting. <br />Motion by Blanchard to order a street light for the north side <br />of Highway 10 at the intersection Hwy. 10 and Edgewood Drive, Seconded <br />by Malvin. 5 Ayes for approval. <br />Motion to adjourn by Hodges.
